Game of Thrones devotees hash out Season 7 ending

“When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.” Ned Stark

Reinisch Wilson Weier’s 4th Annual HBO Game of Thrones Finale Lunch, this time with Sedgwick, took place on August 28 at McMenamins Broadway Pub. The Premiere and Finale lunches held each year are a time for true fans (and curious onlookers) to gather and, with rowdy enthusiasm, comment on the season by dissecting scenes and dialogue, discussing fan theories and exploring the tangled relationships and motives of each character. Who is the Night King? Will Daenerys become the Mad Queen? Was that Kit Harington’s real butt or a double? When are Brienne of Tarth and Tormund Giantsbane going to have a love baby?

The Game of Thrones lunches, which have been hosted for the last four years by Firm attorneys Kelly Niemeyer, Casondra Albrecht and Vincci Lam, are guaranteed to be memorable! Other Firm attorneys in attendance who were well versed in “GoT” lore (vigorous testing is applied) included: John Zanetti, Mary Hannon, Steve Reinisch and Sara Wong.

Wonderful Sedgwick guests for this latest event: Renata Hartsook, Mahriah Huft, Cindy Bijleveld, Liza Wickline, Trevor Hayward, LeeAnn Ehlke, Cheryl Dannen, Stacy Christenson, Doug Brown and Brittani Drost. There in spirit: Ryan Hearn, Kevin Morris Anissa Naslund and Kayla Cross.

Contact Kelly Niemeyer if you would like to be included in one of our upcoming “GoT” lunches or happy hours. The invitation is open to all TPAs, insurers and employers who share a similar obsession or simple curiosity about the show. Season 8 planning (only 18 months away, give or take!) is already underway (seriously). Don’t miss out!
