How did YOU land in Workers’ Comp?

Michael Stack, the curator for the online AMAXX/Work Comp Resource Center (//reduceyourworkerscomp.com/), recently sent out an email asking how his readers landed in the  workers’ compensation industry.

Last week I sent out a message with the title “How The Heck Did I End Up In Workers’ Comp?”  I received a lot of responses from that message, and it led me to a curiosity of how did YOU land in workers’ comp?

One of the challenges we are facing as an industry is how to attract the millennial generation. If we can understand where we’ve been it can help us understand where we are going. I created and posted a survey on Linked In last week and have been collecting responses, which have been very interesting to read.

I plan on publishing the results next week and I believe this informal survey will shed some light on the solution to our industry problem.
