Reinisch Wilson Weier, PC welcomes Anna M. McFaul to its Portland office to advise and provide litigation support for Washington self-insured employers. Anna received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Washington State University in 2002 and a Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2006. She has practiced personal injury and employment law and, as a former Assistant Attorney for the City of Yakima, prosecuted a variety of criminal matters. Anna was a conference speaker at Washington Association of Municipal Attorneys and conducted police officer training. In 2010, Anna relocated to Portland and focused her practice upon representing employers in Washington Workers’ Compensation litigation. Anna’s practice is directed to the defense of employers in Washington Workers’ Compensation cases before the Department of Labor and Industries, the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, and the Courts of Washington.
