Reinisch Wilson Weier PC offers advice and provides representation to employers in employment discrimination matters.  We work with employers to develop proactive “reasonable accommodation” interactive procedures and protocols in accordance with federal and Washington and Oregon state laws against disability discrimination in employment.  In addition, we provide advice, counseling and representation to employers with regard to termination of employment, family medical leave, and age, race, gender, and sexual orientation as such issues relate to disabilities and/or workers’ compensation claims.
